New incentive rewards drivers for staying and succeeding, not just signing on
MARSHFIELD, WI, UNITED STATES, October 26, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Roehl Transport is investing even more in truck drivers with the introduction of a $10,000 Retention Incentive for experienced CDL-A drivers who join the company beginning November 2, 2026.
The new incentive applies to most Roehl fleets and will be available to drivers who join the company through the week of December 14, 2026.
As carriers nationwide compete for experienced drivers, Roehl continues to stand apart by making meaningful investments in its people. The company has already increased driver pay twice in 2026 and recently delivered substantial compensation increases for owner operators partnering with Roehl.
“We recently enhanced our pay package with retention incentives for current drivers because we believe experience, commitment and longevity should be rewarded,” said Tim Norlin, Vice President of Driver Employment for Roehl Transport. “This new $10,000 retention incentive extends that philosophy to experienced drivers looking for a company that truly invests in their success.”
Unlike many sign-on bonuses in the trucking industry, Roehl’s retention incentive is designed to reward drivers for building a lasting career. Experienced CDL-A drivers will receive their first $500 payment after hauling their first load, followed by an additional $500 every 10,000 miles, up to a total of $10,000.
“Roehl Transport is a place where drivers can Start, Drive, Grow and Thrive,” Norlin added. “This retention incentive is another example of our commitment to helping drivers build rewarding, long-term careers with one of the industry’s most respected fleets.”
Drivers who choose Roehl also benefit from:
• Address-to-address practical route mileage pay
• Full per diem program
• Free SiriusXM® satellite radio
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Driver wellness program
• Multiple fleet and home time options
Roehl Transport is built on values, like Safety, Innovation & Delivering Success. Roehl is one of North America’s safest trucking companies as recognized by the American Trucking Associations (ATA). Roehl Transport is a 5-time recipient of the ATA’s President’s Award, the trucking industry’s highest safety honor. The company provides exceptional transportation services to customers across the United States and will celebrate 65 years in business in 2027.
The company employs many experienced truck drivers and offers paid CDL training for people who want to be truck drivers with a variety of fleet and home time options such as national, regional and dedicated positions. More than half of Roehl drivers are home at least every week. The company also offers a lease purchase program for those who want to own their own trucking business.
