Asymbl Launches My Day in Recruiter Suite, Prioritizing Recruiters’ Highest-Value Work First
PR Newswire
AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 3, 2026
My Day is now generally available in every Recruiter Suite edition at no additional cost.
AUSTIN, Texas, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Asymbl, The Workforce Orchestration Company™, today announced the general availability of My Day, a new feature in Recruiter Suite that organizes a recruiter’s day around the work with the highest impact, determined by a firm, and shows why each item matters. My Day is included in every Recruiter Suite edition at no additional cost.
Recruiters are the revenue engine of a staffing firm. They also spend most of their day on admin work spread across disconnected screens. Priorities have lived in their heads, on sticky notes, and inside spreadsheets. My Day pulls that into one place, so recruiters spend less time deciding where to start and more time building talent relationships and placing the right people faster.
“Work should be more productive, more predictable, and more meaningful. That only happens when software moves the outcomes our customers are chasing, not just the activity around them. My Day gives recruiters their time back, and gives staffing leaders confidence that the right work is getting done first,” said Greg Symons, President and Founder of Asymbl.
My Day rolls up job-level actions across every job on a recruiter’s desk. It works for single and split desks. It includes:
- Priorities: The actions most likely to drive revenue, ready to act on right there
- Agenda: Today’s calendar, in the same view
- My Pace: Whether a recruiter is on track for the KPIs that lead to placements
- My Jobs: Talent flow and status across every open job
- Where Your People Stand: Who ends in the next 30 days, who is on the bench, and which placements start soon.
- Book of Business: Active placements with weekly revenue and gross profit, so recruiters can extend and redeploy talent
All jobs do not have the same likelihood of success, determining what is required before a job is worked ensure’s My Day surfaces the right priorities. A recruiter can spend a full day on a job that was never likely to fill, while a workable one sits untouched. Alongside My Day, Asymbl enhanced Job Details to focus on fulfillment, so recruiters can tell the difference early and invest their time where it pays off. The new experience works in three steps:
- Qualify the job. Job Qualification highlights the key information a recruiter needs to confirm a job is workable. It points them to the jobs they are most likely to win, based on how far each pipeline has progressed, then by closest to revenue.
- Define the work. Once a job is qualified, Job Health lays out the activities that need to happen to give it the best chance of success. Recruiters can see whether they are on track for submittals, interviews, and placements, with enough talent in the pipeline, submittals within three to five days, and a fill inside the two-week window.
- Act on what’s next. Next Best Actions bring the highest-impact steps for each job into one place. They roll up into My Day, so the recruiter’s day arrives already prioritized.
My Day is not a bolt-on dashboard. It is woven into Recruiter Suite and works from real-time data, tuned to each recruiter’s role. For years, staffing software has been a system of record that waits for the recruiter to do the work. My Day flips that. The software now works for the recruiter.
It also runs inside Salesforce, so it uses the sharing and security model customers already trust. And recruiters can trust what they see:
- Every number comes from the customer’s own data, with no AI guesswork
- Every priority says why it’s there
- Missing data shows as missing
“We started with a simple question: what does a recruiter actually need to do the job well? Then we designed the software around how they work, not the other way around. That’s what Workforce Orchestration™ means to us. People, AI, and software working together, with the software doing the heavy lifting so recruiters can do what only people can do,” said Brandon Metcalf, CEO of Asymbl.
